- Interpreting service can be arranged at the Information Counter on the 2nd floor of the Main building.
- Mobile Prepaid Service
- On the 2nd floor of the Plaza building, you can find a vending machine that sells SIM cards for mobile prepaid services.

- China UnionPay Cards accepted
- China UnionPay Cards are accepted except for some shops.
Cash withdrawals can be made at the Seven Bank and Japan Post Bank ATMs on the 1st floor of the Main building. - Currency exchange
- There are two types of currency exchange machines on the 2nd floor of the Plaza building.

It is possible to easily exchange foreign coins and bills into electronic money.
Simply select the electronic money you wish to exchange into and insert the cash, and you can exchange it into electronic money.
It supports 10 types of currencies including Japanese yen (4 of which also support coins).
【SMART EXCHANGE】
It is possible to exchange foreign coins and bills into Japanese yen (cash) on site.
It supports 10 languages including Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean, and 12 types of currencies.
Currency exchange is also available at the Travelex TiS Tennoji store located inside Tennoji Station.

- Within the area where the Wi-Fi service is available, please select the dedicated SSID "Wi2premium" and "mio_EKItchen".
